Camden Joblink Program is an employment program developed by young people and supported by Camden Council. Based out of Julia Reserve Youth Centre in Oran Park, young people will be given the opportunity to gain qualifications, discover possible career pathways, develop employability skills and be linked to local employment opportunities.

This program has included supporting young people to attend and received their white card training, RSA and RCG courses, Barista course as well as employment skills workshops such as resume writing and preparing for interviews.

To hear about upcoming and future FREE and subsidised courses, please contact us by email at youth@camden.nsw.gov.au.

Annually, Camden Careers Expo will be held at Julia Reserve that connect high school students and job seekers with career information, and employment and service providers in and around the Camden LGA. Delivered in partnership with the Regional Industry Education Partnerships, this exciting event connects local young people and job seekers with the jobs of the future.

Attendees at our first ever Careers Expo in April 2022 had the opportunity to hear from a range of exhibitors who provided relevant, exciting and interactive information relating to post-school education, upskilling and professional development opportunities, as well as tangible career pathways into a range of local and regional industries.
